Print-on-Demand Product Terms

Any item that is print-on-demand(PoD) will be labeled as such in the product description.

All PoD orders are managed by a third-party. These goods are made-to-order in the production facility nearest to the provided shipping address. Production, packaging and shipping of PoD goods are handled fully by a third-party company. This means BangoHouseLLC has limited control on the process, and will do our best to resolve any issues.

PoD Merchandise Shipping Info

Delivery times consist of the production time + shipping time. Printing and fulfillment are done on-demand, right when the order is placed. Once the product is ready to be shipped, it can take up to 20 business days for the item to arrive depending on your location and the specific product ordered.


The production time will vary, but 97.66% of PoD orders are printed and shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of these orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.


You will all receive a confirmation email after completing your order. This email will provide tracking information. Tracking information will also be available on your order Confirmation page.

 

How long does PoD shipping take?

Important! Holiday shipping times are slower.

Sellfy’s fulfillment partners have multiple locations worldwide. The facility chosen by Sellfy will provide fastest fulfillment and shipping times.


Production Time: 2-7 business days
Standard Shipping:
3-4 business days (United States)
6-10 business days (Canada)
5-20 business days (International)

 

What if my PoD order is lost in the mail?

You will be sent a replacement order, free of charge.
Missing packages must be reported 
within 4 weeks of the date it was shipped, or lost items will not be replaced.

 

Can I return or exchange PoD items?

No, PoD items can not be returned or exchanged. If an item cannot be delivered or is rejected by the customer, it will come back to the third-party's production facility. All items that are returned to the facility will be donated to charity.

 

What if my PoD product arrives damaged?

If any print-on-demand merchandise arrives damaged or has a serious quality issue, please email us via bangohouseLLC@gmail.com with the following information:

  • The order ID number and/or your name and email address
  • An image of the damaged or poor-quality item

A refund or replacement product will be delivered at no cost to you.

Issues with a damaged or poor-quality item must be reported no later than 30 days after you have received your order.

 

PoD Shipping Restrictions

Note: We're not able to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO. Customers must provide a physical address for delivery.

 

Due to restrictions regarding shipping, we will not be able to ship any print-on-demand products to the following countries:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea

Due to the impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, shipping may be limited or disturbed to the following countries:

  • Afghanistan
  • Belarus
  • Greece
  • Israel
  • Italy
  • Laos
  • Macao
  • Mexico
  • Myanmar
  • Niue
  • Russia
  • Sudan
  • Syria
  • Ukraine
  • Yemen

BangoHouse Product Terms of Service

BangoHouse is a small business; all orders and inquiries are, most often, handled by a single individual. Any item that is managed by BangoHouse will be labeled as such in the product description.

 

Products that are handled personally by BangoHouse have already been manufactured and approved by us. These items are pulled from the remaining inventory of goods sold at in-person events.

Shipping Information

What if my order is lost in the mail?
Items that are from our personal inventory are limited in number. Because of this, replacement items may not always be available if an item is lost in the mail. We will do our best to help, but cannot guarantee we will have the item to replace.

 

Can I return or exchange PoD items?

Items can not be returned or exchanged once your order has been shipped.

 

What if my product arrives damaged?
Any product sent directly from BangoHouse has been checked and cleared to have no damage upon purchase. We are not able to control what may happen to a package during shipment, but will do our best to assure the items are safe with the appropriate packaging.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping, as of now, is limited to the United States. Requests for international purchases can be made by contacting us directly at bangohouseLLC@gmail.com
